Pricing and charge

As costs of products vary according to different factors, selling prices of products is confirmed only by signed quotations. Requesting sample(s) and tailor-made samples may incur charges accordingly.

Payment method

Prices are mosely quted in HKD. If coustomers would like to may payments in other currencies such as RMB or USD, customers shold imform us before requesting quotes.
Government departments and schools with permanent addresses are exempted from making deposit payment, given that related documents are provided to us as proofs and approved by us.
All other customers are required to make a 50% deposit before the draft design process. The remaining balance shall be settled before delivery. Payments are consided by us as being received only after the money is successfully transferred to our company account(s).

Governement Department making payments via Purchasing Card are expemted from make deposit payments.

Specification of artwork

Artwork should be created in actual size. (1:1 scale)
Artwork resolution should be at least 300 dpi.
All artwork must set to CMYK mode. (If the artworks is set in RGB or Spot color mode, we will convert to CMYK mode without prior notice and we will not reprint or refund due to any color differences.)
CMYK colouring should not be under 5%.
Please allow a minimum of 3mm bleeding and crop line.

For text confiamation, only MS word , PDF files or words in e-mails are accepted.

Specification of graphic design check and confirmation

Printing on products will be done as shown in the graphic design. We will not be liable for any mistake on text printing once the graphic design is confirmed by customer(s).
A colour difference or deviation of 10 – 15% shall be considered as acceptable by customers.
Verbal confirmation for the graphic design will not be taken as an official confirmation.
No storage service of goods will be provided.
Any changes on the graphic design after customer's confirmation may subject to charges.
Coulour difference and deviation:
We will not convert files from Pantone to CMYK nor from RGB to CMYK.
We will not reprint or refund due to any color differences.
Widely accepted colour difference in the industry is approximately 15%. Spot-Color Printing is recommended for specific requirements on colour printing of items such as company logos.

Specifications on printings
For silk-screen printing

The printing spot or area is normally deviated by 1 – 2 mm and it shall be considered as acceptable.
If more than one colour is involved in silk-screen printing, deviation of 1mm or less may occur.
Silk-screen printing cannot genetrate gradient colour.
Silk-screen printing is done based on coulur Pantone. If customers do no provide a specific colour pantone, we will select a close colour pantone for printings.
Any line in printing narrower than 0.5mm have a chance to become disconnected.
Printing a light colour on a surface of darker or deeper colour may become insolid.
Printing the same colour or the same printing on 2 sides, or 2 areas on an object will be counted as 2C (2 colours) printing.

Specification on embroidery

The colour of embroidery depends on colour of threads and it may deviate from the confirmed graphic layout.
Due to the nature of embroidery, the final shape or form of it can only be made as close to the design as possible and deviation normally occurs.
Costs of embroidery depends much on the area and contact and number of stitches.

Sublimation transfer printing

Sublimation transfer printing is processed under high tempreature and a larger colour difference shall be expected.

Offset printing

Offset printing is a commonly used printing technique in which the inked image is transferred to the object. A larger minimum order quantity is required.

Gold or silver foil stamping

1-2mm of deviation on printing area shall be considered acceptable.
Requst on colours other than gold and silver shall
be made clear to us and the minumum width of printable line is 1mm.

Imprint

1-2mm of deviation on printing area shall be considered acceptable.
Minumum width of printable line is 1mm.
The depths of imprinted printed may vary according to imprinting machines.
Skin patterns of products may vary due to material's natural nature.

Digital printing

Printing from a digital-based image directly to the product requires a lower minimum order quantity.

Laser Printing

1-2mm of deviation on printing area shall be considered acceptable.
The effect of laser printing varies according to materials.
The effect and colour of plating varies arrording to thickness or platings.
The effect of laser printing may vary according to skin patterns of materials.

Standard of products

Colurs vary from screen to screen. The colour of final products shall be considered based on the actual colour of the actual item.
Sizes as displayed by picture are not subject to their actual sizes nor ratios.
Standards of products may change from time to time and it shall be confirmed and considered as stated on official quotations.
Final products' specification shall be considered based on the graphic design as confirmed by customers through e-mail.
We do not gurantee our products fulfill all safety requiremtns or specifications of all countries. We may provide product samples to customers for consideration on safety requirements.
Please specify to us should customers require any product safety certificates. We may arrange safety tests and the costs incurred shall be paid by our customers.
Products' country or origin maybe listed on products according to legal requirements. Please inform us in advance if customers have specific requirements according. However, we may not be able to fulfil such requiremtns due to cost and legal constraints.

Production lead time

Production lead time counts only after the official quotation is confirmed, deposit is made and the graphic design is confirmed to us by customers and made know to us. It depends also on manufacturing quanties and logistic requirements and various situations. We normally need to consider public holidays, especially the Chineses new year holidays in Mainland China, where our factories are located.

Intellectual Property

Should any products or printings involve contants that may be related to patent, trademark or copyright issues, customers must inform us and obtain or posess the right to use those contents. Any responsibility or consequence caused by misuse of such contents shall be borne by customers. We reserve the right to claim for damages or losses due to infringement on intellectual property right caused by customers.
All logos printed on our catalogues or marketing materials aim at displaying the printing effects. They do not imply ownership of related patents or trademarks.
